ProIntegration Tech 2025 Exhibition-Forum finished in Moscow

On April 15–16, Moscow’s Loft Hall 2 and 3 hosted the premier industry event in professional audio and video, IT, system integration, and Digital Signage—the ProIntegration Tech 2025 exhibition-forum. In 2025, the event was held for the 19th time, showcasing technologies and solutions from over 150 Russian and international brands over two days.

The event traditionally coincided with and shared the venue with the Hi-Tech Building exhibition on home automation. A total of 8 conferences took place, featuring 90 speakers, with around 900 attendees participating in the business program. Over 5,986 industry professionals visited the exhibition during the two days.

Business Program Highlights

The business program kicked off with the 11th "Digital Museum" Conference, supported by the ICOM Russia Digital Development Council and VIZHU Company. Digital technologies are being actively adopted in the art and museum sectors, with AI and neural networks unlocking new possibilities—such as virtual exhibition copies and metaverse projects. The conference focused on cutting-edge tools for museums.

In his opening remarks, moderator Ilya Tambovtsev, Chairman of the ICOM Russia Digital Development Council and IT Projects Curator at the State Hermitage Museum, emphasized that AI applications in museums are multifaceted—from providing visitor information to assisting staff in daily operations, restoration, and expert analysis.

Tatyana Kubasova, Deputy Director for Science at the Darwin State Museum, shared insights on their work with Minecraft. The online platform has evolved into an educational and exhibition tool. For instance, the British Museum announced plans to recreate itself in Minecraft back in 2014. The Darwin Museum meticulously reconstructed its halls in the game using blueprints, photos, and interior footage—adding interactive elements to engage virtual visitors.

Three speakers from the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts—Elizaveta Makeeva (Head of Educational Projects), Alexey Khramtsov (Sber Metaverse Tech), and Svetlana Uryutova (SberMarketing)—discussed their artifact digitization project. Makeeva explained it was an experiment to scan the museum’s collection, while Khramtsov emphasized aligning the project with real-world museum needs. They concluded that interactive formats strengthen audience engagement, extend visitor interaction time, and boost satisfaction with virtual exhibitions.

"AV System Integration for the Corporate Sector" Conference

This conference highlighted successful case studies in corporate AV solutions, covering offices, educational institutions, business centers, and administrative buildings. Moderated by Pavel Kudelin (AV3 Agency), the event featured key industry insights.

Andrey Solomin (DIGIS Group) opened with a talk on industry trends, noting that clients are becoming more knowledgeable and demanding, prioritizing usability and efficiency. However, he also pointed out a counter-trend: clients sometimes request incompatible features, necessitating better customer education on technical limitations.

Pavel Shemyakin (Hi-Tech Media) discussed corporate AV trends, revealing that 70% of users prioritize acoustic quality and audio performance.

Vladimir Karulin (LAX Russia) introduced the CC Series coaxial loudspeakers, highlighting their natural sound, compact design, and stable directivity.

Ivan Romashko (Polymedia) presented Polywall, a universal platform for control room setups of any complexity, running on Windows and enabling automated application launches.

The "Case Study: ProAV Solutions" session (partnered with AVILEX) featured AI applications in AV, audio-visual innovations, and best practices in sound and lighting.

Tatyana Krivaya (Hi-Tech Media) showcased new products, including:

  • Safety-enhanced digital displays with intelligent management.

  • AI-powered noise suppression for speech clarity.

  • PTZ cameras with AI-based voice and video tracking.

Vasily Cheremisov introduced DION.Rooms, a specialized meeting room solution integrating Dion software, control PCs, tablets, and peripheral devices (video bars, PTZ cameras, speakerphones).

Other top innovations presented included:

  • Diello professional displays & LED solutions.

  • HTDZ conference systems.

  • Fonestar public address systems.

  • Aurora Russian acoustic systems.

  • Armer control center consoles.

  • Octava OWS radio systems.

"Digital Signage 2025" Conference

The final conference, moderated by Alena Burtseva (SpinetiX Russia & CIS), explored digital retail trends, with POPAI Russia as the industry partner.

Sergey Nikitin (ADTS) outlined global Digital Signage trends:

  • Interactivity, analytics, automation, AI-generated content.

  • Personalization and content management for ad efficiency.

Russian market trends include:

  • Evolution of hardware-software systems.

  • Remote management and equipment monitoring automation.

  • Growing interest in ad monetization and PoE (Power over Ethernet).

Sergey Khachaturov (TEGRATEK) demonstrated how technology transforms public spaces, using the "PUR" art space in Yamal as an example.

Alexander Frolov (IAM) shared that 83% of shoppers notice digital content, but its impact diminishes over time. He stressed the emotional influence of digital tech on buyers, prompting brands to customize retail equipment designs.

Dmitry Chidirov (Electronic Money) reviewed trends from ISE Barcelona 2025:

  • LCD remains dominant for single screens (price, reliability, quality).

  • Ultra-bright and stretch (32:9, 21:9) displays are emerging.

  • LED is now the standard for large screens, with All-in-One LED displays (110–160") replacing LCD and projectors in meeting rooms.

He emphasized that successful projects require synergy between DS specialists, marketers, architects, content designers, retail directors, and IT.
