The ProIntegration Tech exhibition forum will take place during April 15-16, 2025 in Moscow. This is one of the key industry events in Russia and the CIS, showcasing achievements in multimedia and IT solutions, as well as system integration. ProIntegration Tech takes place early in the business season, which begins the business year for the industry companies. Important industry trends are reflected here, and its main actors gather.

The event is traditionally held in conjunction with the Hi-Tech Building home automation exhibition. In 2024, over 5,300 industry specialists visited the Loft Hall in two days, and more than 200 Russian and foreign brands are represented at the exhibition. The large-scale ProIntegration Tech exposition is updated annually responding to the industry development. In the 2025 season, the exhibition will showcase professional AV products and IT solutions for the public sector, education and business, culture and art, entertainment, sports and advertising from market leaders. In addition to the usual work of the exposition with presentations of new products and meetings, the participating companies will hold entertainment events and sweepstakes for customers, partners and guests of the exhibition at their booths.

The industry's achievements and trends will be reflected in the ProIntegration Tech 2025 business program. Several thematic events are planned with the participation of prominent experts and representatives of leading Russian companies.

The Digital Museum Conference, an annual large–scale event for dialogue between the country's largest museums, manufacturers and suppliers of professional audio video equipment, will be supported by the Council for the Digital Development of Museums under ICOM Russia (International Council of Museums). The tenth anniversary conference, held in 2024, sparked great interest and attracted a record number of listeners. According to the Global Cities Index 2024, Moscow leads the global ranking of cities by the number of museums and is one of the largest "consumers" of multimedia in the country. Digitalization of museums and exhibition spaces is also actively taking place in major Russian cities, which is confirmed by the experience and presentations of the Digital Museum speakers. In 2025, the organizers of the conference plan to expand the number of participants and the range of topics discussed, and the event itself will become international.

The business part of the exhibition-forum will be continued by the conference "Digital Signage 2025. Trends, technologies, innovations". The industry partner of the event is the Retail Marketing Association (POPAI Russia). The event will focus on the growing influence of digital advertising media in retail, one of the most advanced areas where immersive customer experience is in demand. Retail stores are increasingly investing in modern solutions: for instance, using interactive displays and augmented reality (AR) to offer their visitors a personalized shopping experience. Such AV solutions enhance customer satisfaction, promote innovation and improve the company's competitiveness in the market.

With the growing choice of multimedia technologies and investments in various fields, the installation services market continues to actively develop in Russia, which in turn is closely intertwined with IT.

Installers will be able to get acquainted with successful cases on audio and video equipment of corporate facilities, as well as learn about the latest developments for offices, cultural and educational institutions, business centers and administrative buildings at the conference "System integration of AV solutions for the corporate sector". The conference partner is AV3.

The 12th Industry Prointegration Awards is planned as part of the exhibition and forum. System integrators and installers will present to the jury their progressive audiovisual solutions for equipping corporate spaces and government facilities in different price categories. Projects implemented in 2022-2025 are allowed to participate. Applications are due by March 24, 2025. The winners will be announced on the first day of the exhibition, April 15, 2025, during the same award ceremony, which will be partnered by Visual Solutions Studio. The projects of participants and award winners will be published on the official exhibition website.

In 2025, the ProIntegration Tech exhibition forum will be held for the 19th time at the address: Moscow, Loft Hall 2,3, 26 Leninskaya Sloboda St., building 15.
